Just spoke to John and has a "live horse" today in the San Diego H.

The morning line favorite Richards Kid supposedly scratched out of the race because the owner/trainer didn't want to tango with this one. Horse is 9-2 in the book, so most likely wont get a big price, but its a must look. Heard my buddy tell someone he was on his cell phone with." this could be the easiest $120,000 Ive ever made". (winners share for todays race)



I'm going to play some pick 3's keying this one.

I have to share this story.

I ran out to the otb on my lunch break yesterday to play each pick 3 keying this one. Race 6,7 and 8. Went back out to the track after work to watch the races live. Theres a group of about 8 guys that always sit in the VIP section that are good capers and heavy hitters. One guy in particluar Johhny, tells me "the horse has NO CHANCE to win. He hasnt won a race in 2 years and the track is speed only today". All ready with all my eggs in one basket with the pick 3 plays, and up money already on the day, I said screw it and threw down $200 on Dakota to win. Half way through the race, and about 13 lenghts off the lead, he yells out " told ya!, now way he can close with these slow fracitons".


The rest is history! You guys have to watch the race replay. I almost had a heart attack!
