Sharing something I saw - 209.5 seem like it isn't too expensive either:

Play Over on road teams when the total is greater than or equal to 200, revenging a road loss against opponent, who is off a win by 10 points or more over a division rival.
This powerful system is 21-4, 84 percent since 2004 and is 2-0 this season. Both teams have shown an inclination to play Over the total anyways, with the Thunder 11-3 OVER in road games when playing back-to-back nights and Denver 12-4 OVER in home games after two or more consecutive wins this season. Over the last 13 years this system has been in play, the average final score was over 218 points.

The history of these two teams also suggests an Over, be it whatever city they played in, the total has gone over nine of 11 times the last three years.
