Just my opinion!
Kannell was pathetic last week against Baltimore going 16/31 for 114 yds and 2 Int's. But that was also his first start in how many years??? And it was on the road against a Baltimore team that ranks 12th in the league against the pass! I think that the New England pass defense (ranked 23rd) and the home field will be much more favorable for Danny boy. I think that it's important to consider where the game is being played when it comes to a back up QB. Touiosisopo played respectable against KC at home, coming up just a yard short in the end, but look what he did against the lowly lions on the road!!!! How many people lost money on STL yesterday w/ Rattay lighting it up at home for SF.
Okay enough ranting!!!
Bottom line, a new QB will play 100% better at home than on the run. Therefore,
DEN -3 is the pick
I also like the OVER 36
With NE run defense (ranked 4) I think that Den will exploit the weak NE secondary with some big plays. :142hump:
