that's over half the field....if any win, no matter what their odds it wouldnt be a shocker
so far speed seems to be holding or need to be close to the lead.......this might help hansen/trinniberg hold on for something (hansen win, trinniberg, 4th) and hurt the deep closers (daddy nose best/dullahan/etc).....plus i usually dont like DEEP closers in the derby (unless it's in the mud and borel is on the rail!)
probably sticking with bodemeister ab as he looks to the the potential monster of the bunch, has smith and baffert and doesnt NEED to be in front....runs much more relaxed than trinniberg and hansen and should get out of the gate and in a good spot (top 3) by the first turn.
will likely box 2-3-4 horses with him (likey my top 4 above) in the ex/tri/super but not seeing any HUGE 50+ shots to hit the board (then again......if they're 10+ lengths back fighting for 3rd/4th, anything can happen
liked animal kingdom all week last year and changed my mind last minute.....vowed not to do it again this year.....i hope!
