DEVIL RAYS/YANKEES UNDER 9 +100 ? The first 2 games of this series went Over, as the Yankees erupted for 11 runs on Tuesday and the Rays scored a season high 10 runs last night. However, the Under had been 6-1-1 in the previous 8 meetings between these clubs prior to this series and I expect a return to the norm tonight. Wells bounced back from his worst start of the season vs. Seattle with a fine effort in Minnesota last Friday, allowing 2 earned runs in 6.2 innings. He should have success vs. a Tampa Bay offense that may have used up a week?s worth of run production last night! Rupe is actually pitching very well this season, posting a 3-4 record while getting no run support, with an exceptional WHIP of 0.99 in 44.2 innings.

His stuff has been good---he has the pitches to strike-out guys--this may be a good spot for the D-Rays at +240
