Madjackers,

I'm new to creating an account, but I'm not new to MJ nor am I new to the sports betting world. Feel free to take my plays with a grain of salt until you notice that I'm gaining some traction and back up the plays that I post. I do a lot of research. Let's see how it goes!

I've bet on five props in tonight's tilt between the Dirtybirds and the Saints. Four of my five are centered around QB's throwing a lot as well as two players being on the receiving end of those completions. You can read my thoughts below.

First prop - Total Successful Field Goals Over 3.5 EV - No stats, just a feeling.

Second prop - Drew Brees Total Completions Over 26.5 -135 - Drew is averaging 28 completions against 42 attempts this season. The Falcons D is allowing an average of 27 completions/game to very mediocre group QB?s through the first five weeks. Drew Brees is not playing like an elite QB, but he is far from the bottom of the floor that would warrant the mediocre tag. He can still sling it.

Third prop - Matt Ryan Total Completions Over 23.5 -135 - No stats, just a feeling.

Fourth prop - Mark Ingram Total Receptions Over 3 -115 - Through the first five weeks, the Falcons D has given up 44 receptions to 9 different RB?s. That?s nearly an average of 5 receptions per game to RB?s. Mark Ingram has 24 receptions through five games. Again, an average of nearly 5 receptions per game. Absolutely nothing points towards Ingram staying close to that number and going above 3 receptions.

Fifth prop - Jacob Tamme Total Receptions Over 3.5 -125 - Through the first five weeks, the Saints D has given up the 3rd most completions underneath its coverage to TE?s. Their secondary allows the check-downs and I feel that tonight will be no different with Matt Ryan consistently looking for Tamme.

Now that the props are out of the way, my play on the game for the night is going to be a teaser. See below.

Two-team 7-point teaser - Saints +11.5 and under 59 -130 - I actually believe that the Saints hand the Falcons their first loss this season. Something to the tune of Saints 26 - Falcons 23. However, I'll pay the juice and grab 7 points on both the spread and the total. I'm all about trends with bets like this. New Orleans is 13-5 SU in its last 18 games when playing Atlanta. New Orleans is 7-2 SU in its last 9 games when playing at home against Atlanta. The total has gone UNDER in 4 of New Orleans's last 5 games when playing Atlanta.
