DJV: Bush should eliminate the Federal Gasoline Tax

Good idea for a new thread. DJV I like your idea!! Being a reasonable, logical guy I know you've thought this out long and hard and obviously you know how all the gasoline tax dollars are alloctaed.

How exactly does your proposed tax cut work??

Who gives a chit. Guarantee you Bush wouldn't. At least the thing fair about it each state is taxed same amount. And it could be started again after this crunch passes. For Bush to finally say after 2 years the prices is bothering him. Thats nice what's your plan to help Mr Bush.
