By surveying the numerous message boards you would not think so, given all the support for Louisville. Last time I looked Wake was the ACC Champion.

Is Louisville the more talented team? Yes, but so was OK, and look what happened to them against a motivated team.

Do not forget, this is likely the biggest game in Wake Forest history. I am willing to bet they do not get embarrased. I think 10 is a gift and expect a close game. Wake is like MD, they are very ugly, but they are extremely well coached and find a way to stay in games, especially with weeks to prepare.

I would be very surprised to see a blowout, in fact, I am calling for a Wake Forest win in OT. Think us east coasters will be up late again tonight.

Good Luck and Happy New Year.

its always interesting to look back at some lines from earlier in the season retrospectively.

remember wvu laying, what, 17 to maryland?

if they played tomorrow, im not sure wvu wins by more than a touchdown.

if you recall.. MD at 10-1 after a 'cinderella' season was in the orange bowl in 2001 against florida.. they got there by winning ugly all season and winning the very same ACC championship game wake won this year.. what was the score in that game??

56-23 gators.. a mere 36 point win in a game where the acc champ was outclassed

I dont know what the line was in that game, but would assume it was better than a TD
