I have been going to the gym routinely but have taken the past 10 days off cause I left for vacation and holidays but plan to start back tomorrow. Bought a misfit flash for $30, interesting little device but I'm in my early 40s and play softball twice a week with a lot younger guys so I need to keep in shape. I agree with cie, treadmill to hard on my joints, I use the procor, it's not an elliptical well it's kinda of like a cross between and elliptical and ski machine. My long time friend does training through beach body and I just bought the combat video for $30, see if it's as fun as they say
