I was diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder about 5 years ago.
Was prescribed Alprazolam (generic for Xanax), allowed 2 a day. Usually only have to take 1. They do work well, and can help.
Other problems could be heartburn, they have similar symptoms(for me at least).
