Crawling back out the cellar........:firing:
YTD 22-25-1, -280......3-1 yest.
Bos/ Ana --- Both teams limping in after trips behind the woodshed last game. Nothing could be nicer for Ana than to see a guy like Arroyo stumble to the mound. Boston bats continue to click w/o Mueller, Nixon, and Nomah. Bosox 5-0 as a dog this year. Both teams ringing up righties as well. Lean towards Boston, but what I really smell is a wild one to close out the nite....Over 9, +100:brows:
NYM/Phil ---- Al Leiter back from biannual stint to the DL for a raw shoulder. Lot of miles on that arm. Millwood has electric stuff, but he pitches like such a puss sometimes:shrug: If Leiters a little iffy w/ control like Millwood tends to be, this one may make it to the bullpens by the 6th. I dont think it goes screaming past the line, but 9-10 runs tonite seems likely........Over 8.5, +108
Tex/Clev ---- Going against history here. I know CC 5-0 vs Tex lifetime, but this is a different team. Rangers struggled against last 2 lefties they saw in Chi, but this is an explosive team that is a live puupy w/ a record of 19-15 this year. Drese will have a chip on his shoulder pitching against the team that didn't think he could pitch. Not one of these Tribe players have faced him. Going against the streak............Tex, +142
StL/Pit --- Just put yesterday's write-up here and change the names of the pitchers. This rematch should have gone over 10 last time and nothing I see here changes my mind...Over 10, -120
Mil/LA -- Same as above. If Sheets pitches, I'll ride this streak as well...Under 7,
Mon/Atl --- I have faith that he can shut down the Expos. AAA team takes another beating while still reeling from their ace getting knocked around, Atl -1.5, +125
Let's get Back in Black:Yep:
