Does anyone else find this 'option' flawed?

On the course!
I received an email/advertisment from these guys today. It would seem to me that an unscrupulous player could do some "free betting" here.

Need to make a quick deposit to get some bets in? Dont have time to go
to Western Union or fund your Neteller.com account? Why not use our
online check deposit method?

Fill out a simple form and your account is credited within minutes.
Deposit up to $1,000.00 and be placing wagers within a few short minutes.

Please note: We can not payout ANY funds from your account until we
receive notification from your bank that your check was honored. This
process usually takes 7 business days. If your check is not honored you
forfeit any winnings gained from your online check deposit.

Its quick, simple and you can be wagering in minutes.

Remember, all players at www.XXXXXX.Net receive a 5% weekly
rebate on their accounts net win or loss and we offer same day payouts 7
days a week.

For more info visit our site at www.XXXXXX.Net

Could a theif not "make a deposit", place a few wagers, if they win, put the cash in your account, and if you lose the dime take the NSF fee from your bank?

These guys might run into some trouble......

what hes sayin is.... say you deposit 1000....right away bet that 1000...if you win you are up 1000, so make sure check clears....if you lose the 1000...let that check bounce, and pay the charge
