I was doing my usual internet browsing today and came across 2 things that should be good online gambling resources.

1) Neteller, Im sure many of you use this... Do they take a % out of your withdrawl/deposits? I was thinking this would be good to transfer money between sportsbooks/poker rooms, do you guys use it? What are the pros/cons?

2) Rakeback... well, I guess this is when you get a % of your rake back each month or so? Im not really sure the exact details after reading lots of FAQ im still somewhat confused. From what I gather, you need to signup with a poker site thru the rakeback website, then you will get paid 28% or so of the rake taken back to you. Has anyone used this, if so do you find it useful?

thanks

Most everyone uses neteller. If you hook it up to a bank account and do a normal transfer (takes around 3-4 days) it's free. If you do an insta-transfer I think there's a 8-9% charge.

You are correct regarding the rakeback. Unfortunately you can't get it with some of the bigger sites. Also, if you are going to bonus whore it's not as profitable since they subtract the bonus out of your rake

8-9%... thats brutal.... so if your moving around say $300 out of a poker room to another one, they would take around $25 of that.... Im not sure if im a big fan...

Why move poker rooms?

Find one or two and stick there, learn the ropes and get the bounses.

Well I find that I usually end up getting really pissed off. I'll do well at first... then lose a bit of that, then make more, then it all comes crashing down. So I figure I cash out the original deposit and just work with the profits.

No not at all, that's free.

If you wanted to get cash from your bank account into your neteller the same day, there's the surcharge.

To withdraw from poker book A, to neteller, then to poker site B, back to neteller etc is all free.

I just sent you an email.
