Does the rainout allow Carpenter enough rest to pitch in Game 1 or 2? Any thoughts?

it helps the cardinals a lot...they will pitch carpenter game 2, suppan game 1 and most importantly they don't have to start weaver in new york

adot- is that your opinion? or did you read that somewhere? according to larussa, he said the rainout wont change his rotation. the same starters will go the games they were supposed to go.

i think it probably comes down to whether or not the cards win game 1. if they lose, he might go game 2, if they win game 1, he will pitch at home on saturday. just my thought.
