I read in one of your posts sometime recently that you use Carib for racing. Did you say they offered rebates? I'm very curious; offshores that I've used that have offered horse racing didn't have rebates.
valuist,carib will give you 3% win or lose.paid weekly sure helps cut down the juice.they also have pick three's now.they also take my visa debit card with no fees(wells fargo)
