Don Rickles show last nite at Orleans

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
Mister warmth is 85 and still puts on a good show.

His opening act is Tony DeSare a singer, song writer, and pianist.
Tony does it all and with Rickles 10 piece band was a good 30 minute warm-up.

Rickles did his insult schtick, told personal stories about the old days with Sinatra and others (Rickles started at Sahara as opener for Louis Primo..

Although obviously not at the top of his game, (who at 85 is or will be) he put his heart on his sleeve and gave his gift of performance to the enthusiastic audience.

Wish I had seen him at the peak of his game; he IS old Vegas.

Sadly, he lost his son Larry in December, he was 41.

Saw him 2-3 years ago. Jokes were excellent but he needs to quit with the singing.
