When are owners, GM's and coaches going to wake up to the futility of these so called scrambling/athletic/speedy QB's?
i.e. Vick,Newton,RG3, etc.. They never win consistently. In fact you could argue they are consistently shitty.
Give me a pocket passer, one with some mobility and pocket presence, one that scrambles to throw and not to run, preferably with more than half of a brain:
Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Roethlisberger, Mannings, even Luck.
They will win more often than the aforementioned clowns.
For some reason it's even trickled down to the college game, screw logan thomas, bj daniels, bridgewater, geno smith, etc.. so called dual threats my ass.
I find it truly odd that these talent evaluators continue to miss on the more consistent, less erratic, level headed QB types. :shrug:
