According to my data, of the non-covering winners.... No 1 seeds: Duke (1); UConn (2); Nova (2) / No 2. seeds: Texas (1); UCLA (1); Ohio St. (1) and Tennessee (1)
...that's 9 of the 12 from either a 1 or 2 seed. My notes reflect that the other 3 were two number 3 seeds (No. Carolina and Gonzaga) and one number 4 seed (LSU).
Looks like mostly heavy favs that got the win, but not the cover.... Otherwise, just pick a winner and forget the spread.
