Has anyone ever heard of or followed Dr. 2nd Half? He used to post on ********** for a long time until I believe his wife passed away in a car accident. He was an outstanding handicapper on second halves. He wouldn't play everyday so you had to follow him closely so you wouldn't miss a pick, but his picks were golden.
