That's just ignorance at its finest. He picked a bad day to be speeding. The paper seems to be making a big deal out of it, even though the biggest ticket is for going 108mph. Hell, I hit 85-90mph on the way home from work. :shrug: His dad should give him an ass whooping though, since he pays for his son's insurance. 
He would really be leading an exciting life if he plowed into a van full of kids doing a 108 mph. What a piece of work.
Glad to see that he at least has a good work ethic. More than I can say for most young people I come in contact with.
