You'd mentioned the offshore books grading bets on senate control counting it as a push at 49-49-2... since I know nothing about those bets, out of sheer curiosity I was wondering when that bet becomes official? Is it once that elections are certified, or once the new senate meets? Just curious how Liberman's decision to go in as a Democrat rather than an indy would affect the wagers.
