Dumb Luck?

I put in a prlay and the server was slow so I reloaded page and what do you know, It went in twice

Parlay was

Eagles/Falcons under 40
49ers under 44.5
Packers over 48.5


1st 2 hit
but the parlay went thru twice

any advice?
