If this is legit, then Augusta DID get it right when they initially reviewed the tape after the viewer called in. Tiger, apparently, admitted to illegally dropping when he actually didn't. So not only didn't he know the rule about where he could drop, he didn't know where the hell he dropped his ball; Karma some would say.....
Which means he shouldn't have been DQ'd for signing an incorrect scorecard, btw, lol.
