Going to start a thread so I can keep notes and links to fixing the firefox hangup issue


Back up your Bookmarks

In firefox

1 Press Ctrl + Shift + B (all at the same time)

2 On the left hand side - Click "All Bookmarks" (should high-lite in blue)

3 At the top click "Import and Backup"

4 Click "Backup"

5 Leave the name as it appears and save it to your desktop or at least make note of where you save it.

I might be out until late this weekend - Not sure yet. When I get some free time, I'll give you a call and we'll try to get it straightened out. We can back up your bookmarks over the phone if you prefer.
