E-mail help please

After setting up my new laptop it seems I can recieve e-mail but I can't send any?

I swear I have the outgoing mail server correct, is there anything else that could be the problem?

I get an error message saying the address was rejected reguardless of who I try to send mail to.

Any ideas?

Go to tools>accounts>properties>Advanced Tab. Make sure the box is unchecked for: this server requires a secure connection SSL
