Eagles-13 ? What?

Why are the Philadelphia Eagles favored by 13 points over the improving Titans? The eagles shouldnt be favored by more than 10 over any team let alone the Titans who are keeping games fairly close thus far. Im not saying I am taking the Titans I just cant understand this line. Thoughts?:shrug:

Line is a bit high IMO, especially coming off a big, blowout, needed divisional win and with Indy on deck in primetime. Sandwich game perhaps. Good luck.
