PHILADELPHIA EAGLES +4.5 - Do not look now, but it appears that rumors of the death of the Eagles were greatly exaggerated! After a pathetic 0-2 start when critics were calling for the benching of McNabb, Philadelphia has now won 5 of the last 6 games, with the lone loss coming on a last minute field goal in Dallas. Their defense continues to perform at a championship level, allowing only 19.0 points per game overall and 14.3 points per in the last 3 games. Throw in the fact that the Eagles are 17-7, 70.8% ATS as a road underdog since 1999, and this is one very dangerous puppy! As for Green Bay, this is a natural letdown spot for them after a big win over their biggest division rival at Minnesota last week. The fact that they are just 2-2 S/U at home is also a concern, particularly vs. a fine road club like Philadelphia. I look for this game to go right down to the final gun, making these points look attractive.

they have still been playing like crap though. Their last 3 wins have been against the falcons, jets and giants w/ their biggest margin of victory being 7pts at home. They had a total of 134 net yards against the giants in which they were completely dominated. The jets outgained them in yards, in which Big Vinnie started the game. They were tied going into the 3rd quarter vs. a turmoiled Altanta Falcons team last week in which Reeves benched his entire secondary. Just can't back a still struggling team (imo). GL2u
THEIR DEFENSE ISNT THAT GOOD, ITS PROB THE PISS ASS OFFENSE OF THE TEAMS THEY PLAYED.. GIANTS, FALCONS, BILLS, BUCS, SKINS... WHAT DO THEY ALL HAVE IN COMMON: CANT GET THE BALL IN THE REDZONE, SELF INFLICTED TURNOVERS, OR SHIT O-LINES. BARBER FUMBLES EVERY OTHER CARRY, COLLINS FORCES THE BALL, FALCONS NO VICK, BILLS WHOLE OFFENSE IS DISGUSTING, BUCS NO RUN GAME, HAVE TO PASS AND THE D KNOWS IT, SKINS TERRIBLE O-LINE RAMSEY IS HALF DEAD EVERY GAME. I WOULDNT SAY IN A MILLION YEARS THAT THE EAGLES D HAS PEFROMED AT A CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL....BETTER CHECK THEIR SECONDARY OUT!
