Mont. is playing their 4th game in 6 nights on the road. As well, it will be their 7th game in a row on the road but I think they might have gone home after the NYI game before leaving on West Coast swing. During this stretch of road games the Habs have only 1 win and that was against Cal.

MTL is 7-11-2-2 on the road
Minn. is 9-7-5-2 at home

MTL beat Minny on Dec.10 in Mont. 4-0.
Minn. PP is 9th while MTL has their PP sitting at 17th. MTL potted 3 PP against the Oilers the other night and I can't see that happenig again here in this spot.

Not much diff. in PK as MTL is 15th & Minny is 18th.

I look for a strong performance by the Wild as they try to rebound from their only meeting with MTL earlier this year. Lemaire would love to beat his old team in this spot. If Minny jumps on MTL early it could be a long night for the Habs.

Wonder if Frogy has any inside info on the Habs flu bug? Your thoughts would be appreciated since you follow the Habs closely.

I was thinking Minnesota also but they are a tough team to back, you never know if they are going to put the puck in the net and Fernandez has looked horrible at times this year- Montreal played well the last two games even though they are in the midst of a long roadie, they have been puting the puck in the net- a no play on the side for me but I will be pulling for you-
