like stl/cin over 10(originally thought it was 9.5)
stl averages 6.5 runs a game against left-handed starters. davis has been unimpressive thus far in two starts(8.22 era) and neither bullpen is mowing down the opposition right now. hermanson has a 6.57 era at home and is equally as bad on 4 days rest, which this start will be on. in 7 games on 5 days rest he has pitched 39 IP 38 hits 18 ER with an era around 4.15, however on 4 days he has made 7 starts logged 38.1 IP 28 ER and his ERA is over 6.cin scores an avg of 4.5 runs per game on the road against righties. cincy seems to perform better on the road this year also. and st louis has hit the ball well last 2 games against better starters Ortiz and Reitsma, looking for a 7-4 game here. i think i'll take that. always looking for additional comments--- i originally thought it was 9.5, sorry guys, still like this play though, not as much as 9.5 of course, but i think it has good value...

With last nights 10-9 affair, both teams had to go 5 deep into their bullpens. The teams pounded out 29 combined hits. Mcgwire should have more success against lefty Davis than he did last night (0-4, 2 k's). Hermanson is 0-7 lifetime against the Reds with a 6.00 ERA. Both pitchers got absolutely torched last time out as well, each lasting only 2 2/3 innings and giving up 7 hits.

This one didn't stand out at first glance, but after reading your writeup and doing a little looking myself, I am going to have to play this over as well. GL to you tonight.
