Here are four games that I really like this upcoming Saturday, with the 3 SEC games very strong plays.

Mizzou +9.5. I know Missouri played a long, tough game against Oklahoma and couldn't pull it out and this could set up perfect for a let down. However, Nebraska handled McNeese St. and they become 9.5 favorites, this team just has not earned my respect yet (even if they are playing at home). Nebraska has whipped Mizzou for many years, and I think Mizzou would love to take this oppurtunity to get some revenge. Missouri possibly could even win straight up, but 9.5 points should be no problem.

South Carolina +7. Get on this line quick, before it drops under a touchdown. Kentucky has impressed me this year, but favored by 7 points I think is a little to much respect for UK and large Lorenzen. Wouldn't be suprised if SC won straight up as well.

Geogia -1.5. Georgia is coming off an emotional win, and I think they will use it to propel them even further. The road to the SEC Championship is in their own hands, and they could separate themselves from rest of SEC East even further against Tennessee this week. Tennessee coming off that ridiculous 6 OT game, and should be drained. The Vols really haven't showed me anything impressive all year, and I don't expect any different in Athens this Saturday.

Auburn - 6. A little biased on this one, but I think Auburn should handle this game fairly easily. Auburn has had a week off to recover from the triple OT verse Syracuse, and should be well rested and improved on both sides of the ball. Arkansas should be exausted coming off that 6 OT game versus Tenn, and will be traveling again this week to play an early (11:30 Sat kickoff) game down on the plains. Arkansas should come out slow and Auburn should cover this one easy, with their always substanial home field/crowd advantage. Watch this line as well, obviously crucial to get it under TD.

Thoughts and comments much appreciated.

I like MIZZOU,as they are 18-9-1 ATS off a straight up loss. Joe Public is looking at Nebraska just like the Rams in the NFL as he is saying to himself,''BUT ITS NEBRASKA,THEY ARE DUE!,THEY WILL TURN IT AROUND!"

I love the Vols in this spot. It looks exaclty like the spot that UGA and BAMMA were in last Sat.The line opened up at +2.5 and quikly dropped to +1.5.

I,m staying away from the Cocks. I cant see this team scoring quick thru the air if they fall behind.

The home team is 7-1 ATS in the Auburn/Arkansas series, but I will hardly ever lay points in the SEC because it seems to be more fixed than any other conference as it is my favorite and probably one of the most popular with those who must have something on a game they are watching. More people watching a Tv game=greater potential for a fix.

Lines already moving, as expected - looking at three team teaser on those.

Auburn + 4 - I see know reason Auburn won't win this game.
Missouri +19 - Nebraska could win this game, if everything goes perfect for them, but I think it should be safe they won't win by 20.
Georgia +7 - I know a lot of people are on Tennessee in this game, but I have not been impressed by them at all. Give me a touchdown and I feel extremely safe, Georgia will win this game.

Laying of South Carolina in this one, still like that line - but with it dropping to 6.5 and being at Kentucky, not as attractive.

As expected these lines have definitely moved. As of 12:10 PM Central (lines from http://www.vegasinsider.com/u/odds/15minute/NCAAF_lines.html):

Missouri +8.5

South Carolina +6.5

Georgia -3.5

Auburn -6.0 (only line without movement, and even has moved down to -5.5 at some places. Don't be fooled, Auburn will cover.)

Keep an eye on these games, hopefully anyone who liked these as well got on them early. If you like Auburn, might want to try and find it at -5.5.

Other games I like Saturday:

Syracuse -3.5 - After an awful loss last week to good Pittsburg team, Syracuse should be ready to beat a mediocre Temple team easily.

Vanderbilt -6.5 - I hopped on this one Tuesday and got it at -5.5. MTSU top rusher (and only threat) Hicks is questionable with a knee injury. MTSU has numerous other defensive injuries and should not be a problem for Vandy. Get on this one quick as well if you like it, line be shooting straight up past couple of days.

Do you really think that college teams get tired so it affects them the following week ? I hardly think that should come into play. These guys just go in the weight room the next day and work off any tired they got from overtime games. Come on these guys can drink and fluk all night and still get it done on Saturday.

I was on the other side with you last week and lost. And I hate to say it but I like Arkansas and the points.

Good Luck

LoL Scott - Well said. I guess implying that Arkansas will be tired might have been my mistake. History shows that teams coming of a multiple OT game (Ark/Ole Miss last year and Syracuse this year) have had trouble the following week. I am not suggesting that this reason alone is why Auburn will cover. The fact that Arkansas is coming off a 6 OT mentally, physically, and emotionally draining loss will not help their chances is what I should have said and meant. I also think that Auburn, coming off a bye week, will be well rested and improvements on both side of the ball should be noticeable. Auburn has surpassed many people this year (predicted to finish in lower section of SEC West) and looked very impressive in the process. I feel that all of this aside, Auburn is the better team and, with these additional circumstances, Auburn should cover this one easily.

Good luck to you though Scott, hopefully I'll get the right side again this week! :grins: :grins: :grins:
