Here are four games that I really like this upcoming Saturday, with the 3 SEC games very strong plays.
Mizzou +9.5. I know Missouri played a long, tough game against Oklahoma and couldn't pull it out and this could set up perfect for a let down. However, Nebraska handled McNeese St. and they become 9.5 favorites, this team just has not earned my respect yet (even if they are playing at home). Nebraska has whipped Mizzou for many years, and I think Mizzou would love to take this oppurtunity to get some revenge. Missouri possibly could even win straight up, but 9.5 points should be no problem.
South Carolina +7. Get on this line quick, before it drops under a touchdown. Kentucky has impressed me this year, but favored by 7 points I think is a little to much respect for UK and large Lorenzen. Wouldn't be suprised if SC won straight up as well.
Geogia -1.5. Georgia is coming off an emotional win, and I think they will use it to propel them even further. The road to the SEC Championship is in their own hands, and they could separate themselves from rest of SEC East even further against Tennessee this week. Tennessee coming off that ridiculous 6 OT game, and should be drained. The Vols really haven't showed me anything impressive all year, and I don't expect any different in Athens this Saturday.
Auburn - 6. A little biased on this one, but I think Auburn should handle this game fairly easily. Auburn has had a week off to recover from the triple OT verse Syracuse, and should be well rested and improved on both sides of the ball. Arkansas should be exausted coming off that 6 OT game versus Tenn, and will be traveling again this week to play an early (11:30 Sat kickoff) game down on the plains. Arkansas should come out slow and Auburn should cover this one easy, with their always substanial home field/crowd advantage. Watch this line as well, obviously crucial to get it under TD.
Thoughts and comments much appreciated.
