You said it yourself, Butler was going to try and slow it down and keep the game under control. Even though they're down 12, on the upside Duke has only 32 at the half. Butler, however, is outmatched on the interior and lacks the quickness to match up with the Dukies. No low post guy either. Even the supposed easy layups were contested by solid "D".

Speaking of "Bore Ball", I'd say Dick Bennett's Badgers were masterful practitioners of the art of "BB". LOL.

Yeah, those Badgers were something else. Wisky vs. Hoosiers or Marquette may have been grinders, but those are teams playing disciplined BB.

Gotta give Bennett props for finally making it to the Final Four. Teams like his, Indiana and Utah proved that a good halfcourt game is not dead.
