Hire a lawyer- shouldn't be more than 2 hours time to set corporate structure up. If you are starting a telecom company I would think that should probably be step 1. By the way, buying a cell phone doesn't constitute starting a corporate empire.

anyone know? Me and my brother are starting a telcom company.

Toast have set three up, just contacted our accountant..........All he did was go online and restister on the State and Federal website. I believe all he did was take the name of the business and make sure the name hadn't already been registered. Forms were e-mailed and signed............done.

LLCs are very simple to set up. You can download the form from your state government's website. I have formed an S-Corp in GA, but no LLCs. My wife nad I formed an LLC here in TN, and it was basically filling out a form and mailing a $300 check to the state for the license. Every state's fee differs. In KY, where I have an LLP, the fee was lower.

good luck.

were starting an agency. We'll carry every major telcom provider in our area. Offering local and LD, T1 to DSL. Thus providing proscpective customers a one stop deal to get quotes from every major provider all through us.

Looking to start as a side gig and hopefully go fulltime.
