After going 0-2 last night on two 10*'s, it was nice to see that Vegas is going to let me make up for it with tonight's easy money card.
Posted YTD: 47-48-2, -38.2

CLIPPERS -4 (20*) -- GiantFanDave had a nice write-up on this one. This is an absolute no-brainer. Clipps have been playing really good ball lately, especially on the road. They have a chance to make up a game on the Jazz tonight, as they host Jordan and the Wizards, in what should be a tough game. Warriors suck. This is my first ever 20*. If I lose this game, I quit.

KINGS -9.5 f/h (5*) -- Kings are the best home team in basketball. Nuggets (since the trade, hell before that, too) are one of the worst road teams. Kings need every win in order to stay atop the west. The Kings have got to be lickin' their chops waiting to feast on the Nuggets (coming off a thorough wooping at home to the Wizards).

KINGS -16 (5*) -- They can't make a spread high enough for this one. Kings win by 30.

OK sorry, maybe I laid it on a little too thick - but if you ever think that a single pick is easy money or plan on quitting on the basis of one result then you are terribly misguided in your thinking.

Hey Czech, its OK... Even though I say that these picks are "no braines" and "easy money", there is no such thing. I work pretty hard at picking these games, and invest some serious thought. I just think that of all the plays tonight, these are the easiest to call.

If this were the middle of the season, or the beginning, I would say that the Warriors would have a shot at the upset. I just think that the Clipps have more talent and more motivated for the win tonight. I'll take the chance they win by five plus.

Adding:

WIZARDS +9 (5*) -- Wizards actually held their own w/out MJ. Last night was MJ's warmup for tonight. I look for a hard fought game, in which the Wizards could pull the slight upset. I'll take the 9 points. Prediction Jazz by four.
