I just don't understand this viewpoint. Just last week, the general of 9-11 was mocking our president. He looked healthy and no doubt he's still orchestrating something.

2 years earlier Bush already plainly stated that he wasn't concerned about this villain.

So tell me again where Bush is tough on terrorists and brought the creator of our worst attack in history to justice.
