Do you mind me asking when you played college foots at?? at what yrs???

I am an absolute junkie when it comes to college football.......probably watched every team a few times..

U of Penn '72 '73 '74.No one watched us but SI wrote about a couple of our games.Ist team all ivy in '73,second team in '74.The real Edludes was my mentor my sophmore year,first year I was allowed to play varsity then in the ivy league.Ludes were .30 cents a hit then,Ed loved them in the offseason,but was mean and tough as could be with great dline technique for a 220 lber.He would lose weeks at a time after the season doing ludes.He then got 800 on his law boards and went to Harvard law.Some ****up.A legend worthy of a moniker..........once we were doing mescaline and he told us "the colors were optional".................

Did you play against Ed Marinaro of cornell......he may have been class of 71..........former Hill Street Blues and minnesota Vikings star

He played his last game of college at Franklin Field against Penn and scored 4 or 5 tds.I played for the freshman team that year and watched from the stands.We all kind of swore it wasn't going to be that way for us,it was so embaressing to watch.We won 6 out of 9 three years in a row,tied one.never won the championship ring though,played for it once,was in the running all three years,had a great time................became friends with Chuck Bednarik

One guy I would'nt want to get into a tussle with...........even at his age now......seems like one tough guy........
