Figured the thread needed some input....
Ellis Island about 6 years ago the steak special was $6.99, included Fresh brewed Beer, Potato of choice soup or salad, rolls, great steak.
Each year I have seen it go up incrementally, still a value.
It became 7.99, 8.99, 9.99.
NOW (this evening) it is still 9.99, DOES NOT include a BEER anymore.
I asked for a roll and butter(to sop up the juice and make a dessert steak sandwich).....I got a "we no longer serve rolls" response. But we well sell you a piece of Garlic Toast for 2.99.
I did see rolls on other patrons platters that did not order the steak special. Kinda pissed me off.
They did a nice remodel on the casino floor, gone is the 20 year old smoke saturated carpet. New stone tiles throughout, not very smokey at all.
Still very good steak
