Email VIrus/Worm Help "Sober"

i was one of the many users who got hit with the worm or virus that has been circulating for the past week. it seems to be screwing up my company's server and email system. is there any remedy or way to get rid of this. i have been running trend micro and the spyware programs but was thinking there might be something else out there to block this thing from getting into my email account day after day.

i think this is the "sober worm".

This is what I used. Just downloaded (free) the removal tool from Norton.
