Emerald Bowl Opinions?

I feel pretty confident about the Holiday Bowl, but have no clue on the Emerald Bowl. My system says to fade and take Utah. Off to a sluggish Bowl season(4-7) with a couple bad beats mixed in. Could really use some input on ths one gentlemen.
