remember that you and the odd million others will put bets on like this, so bookmakers will in almost all cases make the odds on these teams worse than they should be

so, bad idea this in general, not always, but in general

AussieVamp, you make a great point as short priced favorites are usually overrated in soccer especially when you add the possibility of a draw.

Usually I steer clear of parlays in soccer as there are 3 possible results for each game. Also with short priced favorites there can be one game out of the three where the result doesn't go your way but the three teams in my English Parlay this week will all be desperate to start this season with wins if they plan on challenging for the league.

but teams that short on the road like Celtic, different story....
