I couldn't believe that the first two people they interviewed after the game were carrol and leinhart......what about brown and young or any Texas player for that matter.....ya know, given the fact that they did win the phucking game you a$$kissing morons.

Congrats texas!!!

Couldn't agree more. Sat in disbelief as the ABC/ESPN talking heads asked totally innane questions of Carroll and Leinhart. I was wondering where the Texas interviews were.

The Tx interviews came in due time. Tv likes to get the losers before they run and hide or before they clear their heads so that they can get a sound bite like the one they got from Leinhart. It went like this : WE ARE STILL THE BEST TEAM. JUST DIDN'T MAKE PLAYS AT THE END. What more could a USC hater want ? That quote and that sorry face saying it. How could you sit in disbelief ? How many games have you seen over the years. It makes sense, get the losers out of the way so they can go cry, and the victors will be around for as long as you want.

respectfully disagree bryanz......I've seen a lot of big games and the winners are always the first ones interviewed....always!! Look at the ND/USC game this year......ND's home station NBC sticks a mic in Leinharts face seconds after the game ends.....and then they go find Bush. Look at all of the superbowls and world series....the winners are always interviewed first and the losing team is usually interviewed in the press room when they come to do an interview or sometimes inside or just outside their locker room.....I don't know....maybe ESPN and ABC were in denial about Texas beating their beloved trojans....whatever it was, it is just another example of why I'm really beginning to dislike ESPN.....I'm tired of their bias and their blowhard on air personality (leave that for the fans). Could Keith Jackson have made it any more obvious that he was rooting for USC?

I hate it when they even focus the camera on the losing team after the game, like in the World Series. Man, just show the winner and the celebration. Nobody give a shit about what the losers feel like.

Pathetic attempt at luring chicks to watch the "softer" side of sports, I guess.
