I believe it allows the outcomes to be tainted....look at New Orleans....even after obvious foul in review, they can not challenge. WHY THE F**K NOT?

In addition, OT in post-season, both teams must be allowed the opportunity to possess the football, if the first team scores a TD they must kickoff and if the 2nd team can't score a TD & PAT on their first possession, game over!

Any blatant penalty call not called by the referee should be a ban of a number of games and background check of that referee as well!
