How in the hell can they call that excessive celebration. It didn't matter but WTF. The guy hardly broke stride. Come on.

I know some of you are different than me on this,,but although I have Georgia on this game, there is a part of me that wished that dude would have caught him dancing and knocked the ball out before he crossed the goal line.
I know, they need to express their individuality, but if I were the coach, once the cameras were on something else,,I would rip the face-mask off my player and ensure he knows this a team sport and not some hip-hop audition.
Wheww, this gets me going.
You never see this from some other long-term successful programs.

what's up with a personal foul not giving an automatic first down?

there are lesser penalties than that than give automatic firsts....

Man look at that play again and take it in context. How many times do you see some A hole going crazy for a sack or first down and not get called. I too think they should just play the game and not do any of that crap, but make the penalties similar for all the stupid celebrations. Just call it consistately or not at all is all I'm saying.

Brick, I agree completely.
Why call this on a TD and not on a sack,,you see this all the time.
But, my favorite is when a QB under/over throws his receiver for the incompletion then, the DB, who was not going to make the play,,starts giving the "safe" motion with his arms,,shaking his head saying "don't even try to come my way"...
But again, you see this mostly in the SEC/'The hip-hop conference'
