Experience with Neteller

Has anyone been having problems with Neteller??

I just made a deposit with my credit card and it was denied! (the card is fine, not close to the limit, etc.)

I'm thinking of using my bank account then disputing the charge...anyone have any experience with trying that?

Anything suggesting fraud goes straight to the dumpster for now on.
