"Fade that."

That is an old gambling term, that means you will cover someone's bet.

In a game of street craps, a guy might toss $20 on the line, and another guy will shout, "You're faded!"

In sports wagering, it is a losers cry. "Fade my plays!" It doesn't mean he wants you to bet against him, (His money against yours) but he is stating, "I stink, so be smart, and play the other way."

So, the term has lost some of its original intent, but it still is a common call in these forums.
