(Note: I spent an additional $2 and bought a 16 oz bag of collard greens, triple-washed. Greens were like long lengths of ribbon, so I put them in a food processor and reduced them to a much smaller size. Steamed the CG's and added them to the recipe. Also, just used a jar of regular spaghetti sauce we had in the cupboard. This is a VERY EASY TO MAKE lasagna.)
