Had Vikings -7 and had Vikings 7 Bears 0 in a Monday Night Football square that I get into every week. Woke up this morning and saw the final score was 17-9 and Bears scored late TD as time expired. Did they miss XP or did they just not attempt? Could not get clarification on any score site and thought NFL makes you attempt XP at end of game no matter the score?..

That shouldn't need to be explained.

I don?t necessarily agree with that

What about new fans, fans that may start from scratch

It would need to be explained if they were reading directly from the rule book. Otherwise it?s based off off an assumption

Its egregious they don't try PAT'S in this scenario.

As unlikely as it may be; the 7th thru 11th tie breakers for a playoff spot involve total/net points. Every end of game td should include a pat....if the team wants to take a knee, that's their decision but it shouldn't be a leauge rule to NOT allow a PAT.
