Go to "settings" (under "Settings/Privacy", little down arrow top right).
Click "settings".
Go to "blocking".
On the ?Manage Blocking? page that opens, under the ?Block Users? section, you?ll see all the users that you?ve blocked.
Click ?Unblock? next to their name of the person you want to unblock.
In the ?Unblock? pop-up that opens, select ?Confirm? and that should do the trick.
Do the above on a computer, the above might not work on a phone.

3 things are possible......
1. He recently deactivated his account.
2. He blocked you (if both people are "blocked" you won't be able to pull up his account).
3. He went to "private mode", meaning you can only see his name and nothing else.
If you want to know if he "still exists", ask a friend of yours (or post on here) to look him up. If they can see his account that will at least verify he still has an account (and thus most likely blocked you).
It is possible when you first blocked him his account was "public", then he changed his account to "private" and thus you can't see him anywhere, even on your "block/unblock" list.
My guess......he blocked you, thus you can't "unblock" him:bigun::bigun::bigun:
Note: Most people that have a private account, the only thing you can see is their name and their profile picture, that's it. You can also have a private account where the only thing one can see is ones name, that's it.
