Drew draft positions last night in our 10 team serpentine, standard scoring league. Of course, I was lucky and got #9. My pre-selection thoughts were 9 and 10 were the worst possible positions.
We have to start 1 qb, 2 rbs, 2 wrs, 1 flex (rb or wr) 1 def. and 1 kicker. Assuming all goes as expected, when it comes around to me at 9, I will have my choice of the following rb's:
Faulk, Dillon, Rudi, Taylor, Henry, Barlow, DD, Bennett, Barber, Westbrook and maybe Edge.
I will pick 9th and 12th overall. Of the foregoing, in what order would you pick. Or should I shelve the rb/rb theory and pick up moss or harrison and one of the foregoing.
After my eighth Labatt, I was thinking screw the entire running back theory and grabbing moss and harrison or culpepper and then picking up scrap running backs with my 29th and 32nd picks.
This morning, upon further reflection and several aspirins, I thought better of my wr/wr or wr/qb theory. Any thoughts on this. As you can tell I really don't like the 9th position and would appreciate anyones thoughts on what I should do.
