FCS and FBS plays... early sharp action

I hit a few lines as soon as they open and then as the week goes I can decide to buy back based on line movement, public/sharp action, and all that jazz.

Michigan State -3: Is there a more gut wrenching loss than the one that Iowa experienced last week? While MSU was housed by UND I think that loss gives us a little value.

EMU +15; Another heartbreaking heartbreaking loss. I think I saw Coach Stoops tear up. Cats are a good team but I really think they could lay the colossal egg here so will be dabbling with the moneyline.

Citadel +2; Samford struggles to stop the run and that is not a good thing when you are playing Citadel. Samford struggled with a heartbreaking loss to Western Carolina (which we expected).

There are some real interesting games. I have a few other wagers and more that I am still researching.

Albany -6.5; I believe Elon's luck has run out. Albany run defense will be able to slow down the ELON offense. I think Albany can win by DD.

Montana -5; The kid QB for Montana looked great vs EWU. I think the grizz will be able to respond and go on the road and grab a big win here. Portland State defense looked like swiss cheese to UC davis. This win gets ugly

Some incredible games this week that will shape out the rest of the year will go.

Western Illinois +6 vs USD; This is a huge matchup. USD coach used to coach in Macomb. Emotional loss ly for USD after being up 3TD's. WIU better defensive team. USD win over UND is looking less impressive after Montana State did what they did to UND LW. This is going to be a fun one.

Youngstown State +5; SDSU is a good team. They struggled with Montana State. Bo Pellini with an extra week to prepare for you makes me think we could see the hometeam get this one. Hunter Wells is healthy. Huge game.

Dayton +8 vs San Diego- This sets up that if Dayton loses they have no shot at the PFL playoff position. The upset last week by Morehead State was a bad loss. Dayton just rises to the occasion in these type games.

Played all three of the above ATS and SU.

Sam Houston State -4; This is the Southland conference championship. It is bad scheduling to have it this early in the season. There is a clear clear difference between SHSU and UCA and then UCA and everyone else in the Southland. Man, I dont understand this line. I would really like to have seen it at 7 or more. Makes me feel like I have SHSU rated too high. I have them winning this one by DD and with relative ease. SHSU is the most prolific offense in the FCS and I dont think UCA can slow them or keep up with them. 55-25

UTC gets their QB back today and this team will be dangerous. WCU is a good offensive team but not great defensively. I expected this line to be under a TD do I cant touch it.

This Eastern Washington team is like the one years ago- No defense so they will just outscore you.

The OVC is cannabilizing itself and the defenses are WAY ahead of the offenses. All the teams except for Jacksonville State are playing multiple QB's so defenses are winning. Will continue to fade totals in this conference that are over 46 or so

Pioneer league looks like is San Diego and Drake

Missouri Valley; WOW they may get 7 teams into the playoffs because of the weakness in the Big Sky and Southern Conference. In 2 weeks NDSU travels to Youngstown State which is going to be a hell of a game. NDSU, Youngstown State, USD, SDSU, WIU, Illinois State and UNI? WOW

Big Sky- Weber State looks to be the class but they will have to beat EWU

So Con; Wofford and WCU battle this week- Wofford a soft fav IMHO

CAA- JMU is the class then UNH, Richmond and where does ELON fit in? Fraud or for real? The game today vs Albany was U G L Y

Patriot league and NEC are 1 bid leagues and that is just because they have auto qualifiers.

Southland- UCA and SHSU as long as they win out. Not sure UCA can afford a loss even though they upset SHSU tonight. SHSU could not recover after the pick 6 out of the gate. Then the muffed punt at 34-30 was heartbreaking.
