Service animal. All you have to do is claim some kind of distress, and BINGO! Poochie can ride with you.
They do allow service dogs that are accompanied with the necessary paperwork. I imagine that sooner than later airlines will allow for paying per seats.

I took a picture today of this loyal dog. This guy had him all covered up and was using him like a big pillow. Looks like the dog has some toys there too.
I'm really going to start carrying a bag of dog treats with me to the Strip. Tons of dogs with homeless owners.

On one hand it is a very sad picture on the other hand it shows how awesome dogs are.
Agree. That's why I took it (with permission of course from the man after I helped him out).

Homeless learned a long time ago, people hate the homeless, but LOVE dogs.
Many of the homeless have learned to use these props.
